Below is a selection of links, hand picked by yours truly. They will direct you to websites of a various nature, all of which I have personally vetted, and deemed to be marvellous. To see the links for each category, simply click on the header.
For all those essential tips and tricks that leave you wondering how everyone else knows them but you, then pay a visit to the Guitar man. He will tell you everything you need to know. For a glorious supply of guitar tabulature the Ultimate guitar site is the best I have found. For the beginner I really like this site right here. It has some excellent lessons, complete with accompanying movies.
Digital spy is my favourite website for all things electronic and gadgety, and it also includes coverage of all Reality TV shows. Check out DVRs in particular and revolutionise the way you watch TV. I personally own a Topfield, which really is a blemin' marvellous piece of kit. I think everyone should own one.
This website has been written in XHTML and CSS, and for those of you interested in creating your own site, you can find loads of useful info about CSS on Eric Meyer's site. It includes many links to other resources which gave me lots of ideas and know how. The best link by far though was House of Style. This really is an excellent learning resource for beginners and intermediates.
If you want to know how to create your own customisable slideshow, I would visit barelyfitz. I used their slideshow wizard to create the shows on this site. Also, if you want to know how to create a panoramic picture like the one at the top of this site (a picture of the Thames at Caversham, just down the river from where I live), it really is easy using Adobe Photoshop Elements and their Photomerge tool. I took 5 photos of the Thames and merged them together to get the final effect above.
